Novell has worked hard working on its new certification called Novell Certified Administrator (NCA) & Novell Certified Engineer (NCE). One thing which is notable that these certifications are different from popular Certified Network Administrator (CNA) and Certified Novell Engineer certificates.
First exam for NCE track is available now called Enterprise Services. NCE ES is for professionals to configure, maintain, support and troubleshoot Novell services.
This certification provides a path to CNE certified professionals to get their much needed skills and knowledge on Linux in Novell Open Enterprise Server 2 deployment. This is one exam certification which you must clear to become certified Novell Administrator Enterprise Services (NCAES) after which professional will be able to demonstrate engineering level skills to install, configure, maintain, support and troubleshoot Novell products. After brief survey held by Forrester Consulting , cisco introduced expert level ccie certification in wireless networking and enhancement to CCIE voice certification for expert level wireless networking and VOIP skills.

Some of the facts were as follows.

• 36 % of worldwide companies that they have dedicated wireless specialist in their organization and this will be even double in coming 5 years.

• From remaining 69% said they need dedicated voice specialist in their IT staff with coming few years.

According to these facts cisco launched wireless networking certification and CCIE certified will be able to design, deploy, manage and troubleshoot wireless networks (WLANs).  Individuals who will pass this certification will get theoretical knowledge of how to install, manage and troubleshoot wireless networks along with firm understanding of wireless LAN technologies from Cisco.  Analysis for protocols, intrusion detection and prevention, service analysis for quality, performance evaluation and advanced WLAN designing are expertise areas in this CCIE wireless certification.
